I am Professor Calypso Banana Puffy-Sleeves, but you may call me by my evil alter-ego name, Spliceman.
I welcome you, with great honour, to my Magnificently Massive Laboratory of Preposterous Pokemon Splicing Experiments (MMLPPSE).
Here, I will be using using specialised professional equipment* to use the body parts of various specimens of the Pokemon species and stitching all of the parts together, effectively "splicing" the Pokemon, into a brand new one.
Using my brilliant creations I will use and exploit them for my own malicious deeds.
